These Terms and Conditions govern the contractual relationship between TaxStepWise and clients of our step-by-step tax planning services in Canada. They apply to all offered tax planning services and supplementary provisions. By engaging our services or scheduling a tax consultation, you agree to these conditions.
Engaging our step-by-step tax planning services can be done in person at our office, by telephone, email, or through our website. The contract is established upon confirmation by TaxStepWise. For tax consultations and specialized services, prior scheduling is required as we limit client numbers to help optimal service quality. The right to service engagement exists only after receipt of a confirmation and payment processing, where applicable.
Our services include step-by-step tax planning support, tax consultations, compliance sessions, and complementary offerings such as personalized tax strategies and exclusive tax resources. The type, scope, and duration of each service are defined in the current service description or the respective engagement contract. TaxStepWise reserves the right to modify service offerings, schedules, and personnel when necessary for organizational or tax reasons. If a tax advisor is unavailable, we will provide a qualified substitute or offer an alternative consultation where possible.
Service fees are payable in advance unless alternative payment terms have been agreed upon. For comprehensive tax packages, installment payments may be arranged. Payment is processed via bank transfer or, in special cases, directly at our office. Prices for specialized services or custom step-by-step tax programs are indicated separately and due by the specified date. In case of payment default, we reserve the right to exclude the client from further service engagement or to charge interest according to legal provisions.
At TaxStepWise, we are committed to client satisfaction and excellence in step-by-step tax planning services. If you are not satisfied with our services, please notify us within 14 days of service completion. We will work with you to resolve any concerns and help your tax objectives are met. Returns are handled on a case-by-case basis according to the following principles:
All return requests must be submitted in writing to info@taxstepwise.com with detailed explanation of the concerns and specific service elements that did not meet expectations. Each request will be reviewed within 7 business days, and we commit to fair resolution that supports both client satisfaction and service integrity.
Current consultation times are available on our website and in service descriptions. We request punctual attendance. Late arrivals exceeding 15 minutes may result in denied access to ongoing consultations out of consideration for advisors and to maintain service quality. Missed consultations or services cannot be made up or refunded unless expressly agreed upon or individually arranged in special circumstances.
Engagement of our step-by-step tax planning services is at your own responsibility. All personal information and tax details shared during our consultations are subject to strict confidentiality. TaxStepWise commits to maintaining the highest confidentiality standards and expects the same from all clients. We request that existing tax situation or special circumstances be disclosed before service commencement. TaxStepWise is not liable for self-inflicted inconveniences or indirect consequences of service engagement.
Tax materials and facilities must be treated with utmost care during consultations. Tax information and materials are provided for the services and included in the service fee unless otherwise indicated. TaxNovaForm assumes no liability for personal belongings and valuables. The tax facilities and consultation areas should be left in their original condition.
The content, methods, tax materials, and resources provided in our services are subject to copyright. Distribution, commercial use, or publication without express permission from TaxStepWise is not permitted. All clients commit to confidentiality regarding personal information of other clients and tax details. Photo, video, or audio recordings during consultations are allowed only with prior consent of all present individuals and the advisor.
Clients' personal data is treated with the utmost care and used exclusively for contract processing and service delivery. Disclosure to third parties occurs only as necessary for contract fulfillment. Further details are regulated in our separate Privacy Policy.
Canadian law applies. The jurisdiction for all disputes is the registered office of TaxStepWise in Canada.
